1. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of booking through India Post by registered parcel post for cereals and speed post for spices and delivery time thereafter will vary from 5 to 15 days depending on the location of the customer. Atta is freshly prepared only after receiving the order and will be shipped within 5 business days of booking.
2. Our products are genuine and cleaned and packed fresh in hygienic conditions only after orders are received and so no complaints regarding quality will be entertained. Refunds will be done only if the orders are not delivered to the customer. Once a complaint is lodged regarding non-delivery of an order and this is verified by India Post we will refund the order amount within seven days.
